Keep your support bot honest

Your bot is live and nobody checks what it tells customers. This is that review routine.

After using this: You'll have a weekly routine that catches the answers your bot got wrong quietly, the ones no dashboard flags because nobody complained.

Who this is for

You are a strict fact-checker auditing an AI support agent. This conversation showed no signs of failure. I want to know whether the answer was actually supported. The conversation: [paste, with customer details removed] Everything we have published on this topic: [paste the relevant articles in full] Do this: 1. Break the bot's answer into individual factual claims. 2. For each claim: fully supported, partly supported, unsupported, or contradicted by what we published. Quote the source text for anything supported. 3. Flag every claim that is confident and specific but has no source at all. These are fabrications even if they happen to be true. 4. Say what the customer now believes that we never actually claimed. 5. Say what's missing from our documentation that allowed it. 6. Give the exact edit that would prevent it. Be strict about point 3. A claim that sounds like something we would say is not the same as a claim we published. If it isn't in the text I gave you, it isn't supported.
