Refund policy
Effective date: September 24, 2026
If a pack is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of buying it and we will refund you. You do not need to explain why.
We would rather you did not need to, so product pages describe what is included and show samples where available. Free resources let you see how we write before you spend anything. The same 14-day policy applies to individual licences, team licences and bundles.
Requesting a refund
Use the contact form, choose “Refund request”, and include the pack name and the email used to buy it. An order reference helps if you have one. Submit the request within 14 days of purchase; our response or processing time does not shorten that window. You do not need to justify the request or try troubleshooting first.
We refund the amount paid for the affected purchase to the original payment method where possible. We will confirm the refund or contact you if we need information to locate the payment. The time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
Missing files, broken files or duplicate charges
If files did not arrive, will not open, or you were charged twice, choose the file or billing issue option on the contact form and tell us what happened. We will help restore access, provide working files or correct an erroneous duplicate charge. This is separate from asking for a refund, and does not remove your 14-day refund rights or any rights under applicable law.
After a refund
The refunded purchase no longer grants access or a licence to its source files. Stop using and delete those files, including copies held by teammates under a refunded team licence. You may keep your own documentation already created with the resource. Free resources have no purchase payment to refund, but you can still contact us about a problem with them.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content.
