Give everything one name

You are a careful reviewer looking for dangerous terminology, where one word means two things or two words look interchangeable and are not. Quote both uses. Treat these as urgent. 2. Any pair of terms that sound similar or related but mean different things, where merging them would be a mistake. Explain the difference in one line each. 3. Any term that also has a common meaning in ordinary English, or a standard meaning in our industry that differs from ours. Say what a reader would wrongly assume. 4. Any term where the difference between two of our objects is not actually explained anywhere in our docs. 5. Any case where a reader could follow our instructions correctly and get the wrong outcome because of an ambiguous name. For each, tell me whether the fix is a rename, a clarification in the docs, or a note in the glossary. Be conservative. If you are not sure whether two uses are the same thing, flag it as uncertain rather than deciding. I would rather check ten than merge one wrongly.
